Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Processing times may vary during limited releases or high-volume periods.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Methods

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
Underground Organics LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider.
If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, customers should first contact the carrier directly. If further assistance is needed, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents so we may review and assist appropriately.
