At Underground Organics LLC, all items are released in limited quantities and produced in small batches. Due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there is an issue with shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and work toward a reasonable resolution where appropriate.

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing your purchase, as we cannot make changes once an order has been finalized.
